Lords and Ladies of the Faire,
It is with heavy heart that we have to announce that the Shasta Highlands Renaissance and Celtic Faire will not take place this year. Due to restrictions that are beyond our control, we are unable to produce the faire this year and are placing it on hiatus. It is our sincere hope that we will be able to bring it back in 2007.
We have been advised that another individual, Bil Woodford of the Knights of Avalon hopes to produce a fair on the same weekend at the same place as we originally planned to hold the Shasta Highlands Renaissance and Celtic Faire. I’m sure that they will hold space for all of you based upon your interest in Shasta and will send you new paperwork immediately. I have copies of your paperwork and will forward them to the new faire if requested.
